Almost all of the denim laundries perform Denim Bleach process with chemicals. In this denim bleaching method, heated water is needed to neutralize the garment by removing chemicals. Laundries have to expend a great deal of energy in this process. The use of chemicals also brings extra costs to laundries. Ozone Technology, a process that significantly reduces the laundry's water consumption, chemical and energy use.
